Website hosting is a physical place where your website exists and is made available to the world. A website is files on a hard drive in a computer somewhere that is set up to be permanantly connected to the internet, and is accessible to anyone with an internet connection. That computer is what's called a server. Most websites only use a fraction of the space on a server. With today's software, multiple sites can be hosted on one server. This is called shared hosting. Some very large sites might use a full server, or even multiple servers, but the majority of sites don't use anywhere near what a server can provide. We have a variety of hosting plans to meet everyone's needs. Our small package ($71.10 US or $84.90 Can per year) is enough for most personal websites, unless you want to share videos or high quality photos.

Website design is the art of putting together a website that will effectively serve its purpose. Some choose to start with a templates and modify the content, while others choose to build a website from scratch. There are many programs around for building websites at a wide range of prices and with a wide range of features and limitations. If you want to put a site together yourself, our hosting includes a template based website creator program. If you want us to do it for you, we can do so quite affordably.

Every website is unique and every website owner has their own needs. Whatever features your website needs, we can do. One thing we specialize in is administrative control of your website without requiring you to know anything about website design. All hosting packages include cPanel, a web-based control panel that gives you a variety of functions, features, and control of your website, but we can go one step further. We can offer you a custom control panel (admin panel) for specialized needs, like easy alteration of pages that need to be kept current, or easy to use photo albums. Many of our users have a custom admin panel they find very handy. We put the website together for them, they make minor changes easily, and only need us for more complicated updates or changes. You can have us make all changes to your site, or save money and do some changes yourself. It's all up to you.
